Regardless of the number of users:
- 1st hour: € 15.50 + VAT
- each additional half hour: € 7.00 + VAT
‌- 3 hours or more: 10% discount on all booked hours
Minimum reservation: 1 hour

Availability

- normal opening hours: 9am–6pm
‌- reduced opening hours (17–31 August and 24–31 December): 9am–1pm
‌- Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: closed

Service

To use a meeting room you do not need to subscribe to any other service.
Your guests are welcomed and wait in the reception.

If the request for cancellation of reservation is made up to 24 working hours before the start of the booked time, it is possible to cancel with a partial refund of the amount paid. Examples:
- communication by 11:00am on the business day prior to reservation starting at 11:00am of the next business day;
- communication until 11:00am on Friday, regarding reservation starting at 11:00am on Monday.
